ACE 2011: Creative Technologies / Game Competition

ACE has become the leading scientific forum for dissemination of cutting-edge research results in the area of entertainment computing. ACE is by nature a multidisciplinary conference, therefore attracting people across a wide spectrum of interests and disciplines including computer science, design, arts, sociology, anthropology, psychology, and marketing. The main goal of ACE is to stimulate discussion in the development of new and compelling entertainment computing and interactive art concepts and applications.

This year I'll participate at the conference in two different fronts: a) with one workshop; and b) co-chairing the game competition. If you're interested in any of these two activities come join us and participate in the conference.

This workshop will be a forum for exploration and discussion on the topic of creative technologies with the desire to bring together researchers from diverse disciplines who want to debate the current cultural movement, to contribute with new tools, new models, new paradigms, new approaches as also new critical perspectives to the theme.
